Electrician Written - PassRun, hereinafter "the App", is a study app for the Korean electrician craftsman written examination. The developer takes your privacy seriously and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws. This policy explains what information the App collects and uses.

The App requires no account or login and does not ask for personal data such as your name, email address or phone number in order to study.
There is no screen in the App that asks for your name, phone number or email. The Academy tab only displays information about partner institutions — there is no enquiry form.
When you submit an enquiry, or when the App sends the anonymous statistics described in §3-1, it obtains a random identifier (UID) through anonymous sign-in with Google Firebase Authentication.
To improve question quality and operate the service, the App transmits and stores the anonymous information below on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) and PostHog servers. It contains nothing that identifies an individual, such as a name or contact details, and no content you typed is transmitted.

Because these statistics are not personal data, they are always collected, without a separate consent step or an in-app collection setting. You may nevertheless ask us to stop collecting them via the contact address in §12; study features continue to work normally if collection stops.
The App shows Google AdMob ads. There is a single placement: an interstitial shown after you submit a mock exam, just before the result screen. No banner ads and no app-open ads are shown. In doing so Google may automatically collect and process the following in order to serve ads and prevent fraud.
This data is collected and processed by Google directly; the developer only sees aggregated revenue reports from which no individual can be identified. For details see:
Personalised ads are on by default and can be turned off at any time in either of the following ways. Turning them off does not remove the ads — you simply see ads that are not matched to your interests.
On iOS, under App Tracking Transparency (ATT), the App shows a system prompt asking whether you allow tracking once, on first launch. That choice is managed by iOS and the App cannot preset it. If you do not allow tracking, the App does not access the IDFA and non-personalised ads are shown regardless of the in-app switch. You can change the choice at any time via the iOS settings path above.
Android has no equivalent of ATT, so no such prompt is shown; the in-app switch and your device's advertising ID setting are the controls there.
When the app is opened in those regions, a consent form provided by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) is displayed. Consent to processing personal data for advertising purposes under the GDPR is collected and transmitted solely through this form; Google determines the region from the IP address. The form is not shown elsewhere.
Your choices can be revisited at any time under Settings → Ads → Ad privacy settings (this entry appears only in regions where the consent form applies).
The developer entrusts the following processing in order to receive enquiries, analyse anonymous statistics and serve ads.

Processors handle the information only within the scope of the entrusted purpose.
The processor named in §5 is Google LLC (United States). The anonymous statistics may be stored and processed in data centres operated by Google outside Korea.

The developer does not sell or provide your personal data to third parties. Since the App never asks for personal data, there is nothing to provide in the first place.
You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data. Contact us at the address below and we will act without delay. We may act without delay.
The App is intended for national technical qualification study and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14.
