The app has no sign-up or login, and when you only use the study features we do not collect your name, e-mail, phone number or any other identifying information. We do not collect GPS location either.
If you send an inquiry through the in-app “Academy/Business advertising inquiry” form, we collect what you type: contact name, phone number, inquiry type and message (required); organisation name, e-mail and region (optional); plus an automatically generated anonymous identifier (uid), package name, app version, platform and submission time.
Inquiries are stored in the Firestore academy_inquiries collection (see §4). If Firebase is unavailable, the same content is sent from your own mail app to seohcz1@gmail.com, and you decide whether to send it. Consent is taken with a checkbox in the form and you may refuse; refusing only blocks the inquiry, never the study features.
Your personal study records stay on your device. Wrong-answer notes, favourites, per-question history and mock-exam scores are stored only in the local database and are deleted when you uninstall the app.
Two kinds of anonymous data are sent to external servers for service improvement: to Firebase Firestore (Google LLC) and, for anonymous study events only, also to PostHog (PostHog Inc., United States).

These events never contain question text, names or contact details. Per-question statistics are aggregated across all users and cannot be traced to an individual.
About the anonymous identifier. The uid is a random value issued by Firebase Authentication anonymous sign-in. It is not combined with your name, e-mail, phone number or with an advertising identifier (GAID/IDFA). Because it persists on the same device until you uninstall, we conservatively declare it as “linked to the user or device” in store privacy forms. PostHog receives the same uid as its distinct_id.
PostHog transmission is always on for quality analysis. The app shows a one-time notice on first launch. There is no in-app switch to stop it individually; the data contains no identifying information, and you can stop future transmission by uninstalling the app or request suspension via §6.
The app may display Google AdMob ads (banner, interstitial and rewarded). It may also show academies and institutions that have paid PASSRUN for a partnership listing, in the Academy tab and the bottom banner, only while such a paid campaign exists. Partnership listings do not go through the AdMob SDK, so they do not use an advertising identifier; their impressions and clicks are recorded in the same anonymous form as §2 (anonymous uid, campaign id). Our own code never reads the advertising identifier and never joins it with the anonymous uid in §2 or the inquiry data in §1. On iOS an App Tracking Transparency prompt may appear; declining it does not limit any feature. You can reset the advertising identifier or limit ad personalisation in device settings. We do not sell personal data and do not provide it to third parties other than the processors below.

All processors are located outside Korea, so data is transferred abroad: Google LLC (United States and other countries where Google operates data centres; transferred over HTTPS/TLS as soon as it is collected; retained as in §5) and PostHog Inc. (United States, us.i.posthog.com; anonymous study events; retained as in §5).
Refusing the transfer. These transfers are entrusted processing that is necessary to provide and improve the service, and the app does not offer a way to stop an individual transfer. If you do not want it, you may stop using (uninstall) the app, and you may request suspension or deletion through §6. Contacts: Google LLC — privacy form; PostHog Inc. — privacy@posthog.com.
